Such colour variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for return or refund.

📦 Damaged Products

Returns and refunds are accepted only for damaged products, incorrect products, or genuine manufacturing defects.

If you receive a damaged product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

✅ Quality Check

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received at our warehouse and successfully passes our quality inspection.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

💰 Refund Timeline

Once the returned product is approved after inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

🚫 Non-Eligible Returns

Returns will not be accepted for the following reasons:

• Colour variation due to screen display difference
• Change of mind after purchase
• Product not liked after delivery
• Used, washed, altered, or damaged products after delivery
• Products without original tags or packaging
• Cut fabrics, customized stitching orders, saree falls/pico completed products, and clearance sale items
